Access and Guiding
All areas of the reservoir are easily reached by boat – which is included in your fishing package. You can access all the feeding lanes of open water, and the many creeks, bays, channels and dams of it’s beautiful shore line.
We also include the services of experienced Rutland guide’s – all members of their national teams. They will take you out on the water, visit the hot spots and advise on local techniques.
Fish Quality and Environment
Rutland is famous for the fighting qualities of grown on Rainbows and very large population of powerful ‘wild’ browns – many of which are specimen size. The current records stand at: Rainbow 14lb 12oz - Brown 14lb 4oz.
